Orbx’s Jarrad Marshall has taken to the forums today to provide a formal announcement for their upcoming Samedan Airport for both FSX and P3D. The airport in the Swiss Alps, developed by Andreas Hegi, provides a challenging approach, a short runway and plenty of scenic views.
The airport will feature details similar to other Orbx airports including 30cm per pixel coverage, with 60cm coverage in the surrounding area. Areas such as Samedan town, St. Moritz and Hosptial Oberengadin helipad has been modelled. Furthermore, during the winter, you will find 3D snow piles build up around the airport and also dynamic lighting (P3D only).
The full feature list can be found down below and no release date was mentioned at this time. You can read the forum post from Jarrad here.
