Over on their forums, Orbx announced Launceston Airport (YMLT) is coming soon for Microsoft Flight Simulator.
Launceston Airport is a medium-sized regional airport located 9 miles from the city of Launceston, Tasmania, Australia. It is the second busiest airport in Tasmania after Hobart Airport and is served by a handful of different airlines such as Jetstar, QantasLink, Sharp Airlines and Virgin Australia. Launceston is also home to the North East Royal Flying Doctor Service.
Tasmania resident and Orbx Indie developer Ken Hall, has developed Launceston Airport with a keen eye for detail and has had exclusive access in and around the airport to take hundreds of photographs, all used to create accurate and realistic PBR textures. Orbx promises an immersive experience as you explore the airport.

No release date has been announced as of yet but judging by the screenshots it looks like it’s well on its way, until then make sure to stay tuned to FSElite for more updates.
