Orbx Announces Global TerraFlora v2 for Prepar3D v4 and v5

Building on the original Turbulent Designs TerraFlora, the all-new version 2 of the product will soon be released adding greater detail and realism to Prepar3D v4 and v5. Global TerraFlora v2 will ensure that trees around the world look visually pleasing with all-new tree-types and coloured better to match default ground scenery and more.

The new version builds upon the original by now including multiple user-selected colour sets per season. Additionally, custom mip-maps will enable greener trees and users will be able to select snow-coverage amounts on hard-winter trees.

To help potential customers understand what this means for them, Orbx has put together a detailed FAQ section in support. For those wondering, the new features mentioned above and the high resolution is what separates Global Trees HD from TerraFlora v2. Furthermore, you will not need to uninstall Global Trees HD as they work in conjunction with one another. A full detailed FAQ can be read on the Orbx forums.

As for pricing, Global TerraFlora v2 will retail for AUD$34.95 (Approx. US$22 | €20 | £18). However, discounts will be applied to customers of Global Trees HD and Turbulent Design customers who already own TerraFlora. Both sets of customers will be able to upgrade for AUD$9.95 (Approx. US$6.40 | €5.80 | £5.10).
