At the FSElite Stage at FlightSimExpo 2025, Navigraph has officially revealed Navigraph Academy. It was teased last year, but the company decided to use our platform at the show as a way to reveal it fully to the masses.
By combining the power of their charts and flight data, they knew that they had the right technology to be able to offer authentic flying lessons and training. Navigraph recognises that as flight simulators get more realistic, as does the system depth, thus sometimes offering a bit of a challenge to those new to the simulation world. Navigraph Academy aims to fix this by providing an innovative solution.

The Navigraph Academy is a learning tool, built primarily on an accessible website. Navigraph says that you will be able to login, access all the courses and enroll into training content. All of this content will be free. It will consist of reading material, animations, quizzes, exams, and more. At the core of each lesson will be a long-form video that will dive deep into what you need to know. Navigraph has also partnered with OSM Aviation Academy.
From Learning to Practice
After you have done the learning, you will be able to take it and apply it to your simulator. You will practice everything you learned during the course and then the Navigraph logger will track your flight. It will then present you with your results.

You can explore past flights as well as get given a score on how well you did.
But When?
Navigraph said that they will start with a Virtual Private Pilot License course. This will cover the core flying skills to help pilots take their first steps into aviation. Beyond that, they will look at adding more content continuously in the future. They’re taking suggestions here at FlightSimExpo 2025, so stop by their booth and tell them what you’d like to see.
Navigraph didn’t confirm a release date for the Navigraph Academy at this time, they said that they were happy to share progress and look forward to sharing more in the coming months.
