Navigraph Announce Takeoff and Landing Calculations Coming to SimBrief

Simmers will soon be able to calculate their takeoff and landing performance in Simbrief, as Navigraph announce their latest development.

The simming giant stated that ‘strong community demand’ has led to its development of the tool which will be used via their freeware flight planning software, allowing pilots to ‘simulate with greater precision and realism’.

Although no further information was provided on the Navigraph News email, one solitary screenshot was including a takeoff performance example from London Heathrow Airport for a Boeing 777-300 no less!

Further announcements on their email included their new feature of land cover and terminator layers in Navigraph Charts, providing detailed landscapes on VFR charts and a dynamic representation of day and night across the globe. Additionally it touched upon Active Sky for MSFS and its integration with Navigraph and SimBrief.

Regarding their exciting news of performance calculations and its arrival date, the post writes “Keep an eye out for further updates in the coming weeks. Stay tuned!”.
