M’M Simulations Releases Emden Airport

Emden Airport is located just north of the port city of Emden in Germany. The airport has a single runway that measures 1,300 meters long. Based in Emden, OFD Ostfriesischer-Flug-Dienst is the only airline with scheduled service into the airport. OFD offers daily service to Borkum on either the Britten-Norman Islander or their GrippsAero GA8 Airvan. While space on the ramp is limited, most smaller aircraft like the Twin Otter, will fit comfortably.

M’M Simulations has recreated the airport using real life buildings complete with PBR materials. The interior of the terminal and restaurant buildings are included, bringing Emden Airport to life. While taxing around the ramp, animated people and ambient objects can be seen adding to the immersion. The area surrounding the airport has been terraformed to match real life. A feature list will be included below. You can purchase M’M Simulations Emden Airport from Simmarket for €10.

Features

  • Real life referenced buildings
  • Custom Terminal and Restaurant building with interiors
  • Complete PBR Materials
  • Animated People and Ambient objects
  • Real world based terraforming

My love for everything flightsim started back on FSX in 2007. I can be found flying the 737 almost every night all over the US on Volanta!
