As announced last week, MK Studios has released their Lisbon Rebooted scenery for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Lisbon Airport, officially named Humberto Delgado Airport (LPPT), serves the capital city of Portugal. It’s served by a number of airlines with destinations all over Europe, as well as North and South America and Asia. The airport is also a hub for Portuguese airline TAP Air Portugal.
While MK Studios has previously named these new version of their existing sceneries ‘V2’, the developer has chosen to drop this naming scheme and adopt the ‘Rebooted’ moniker instead. This was done to clarify that this is not a paid update, and instead, Lisbon Rebooted has been built from the ground up using new SDK technologies and standards.
Lisbon Rebooted is available for €16,99 through Contrail. If you have purchased the previous version of Lisbon Airport, you are entitled to a 25% discount that will be applied automatically through the store that you purchased the previous version through. If you have purchased the previous version on the MSFS Marketplace, MK Studios encourages you to transfer the license to Contrail or the iniBuilds Store, where the 25% discount will be applied. Unfortunately the discount can’t be applied through the MSFS Marketplace directly. If you purchase Lisbon Rebooted, MK Studios will provide you with a free version of the scenery for MSFS 2024.
MK Studios recently shared more information on other ongoing projects. The developer announced two new airports in Europe (Zurich and Dusseldorf), and teased a third one in North America.
