Scenery developer MK-Studios has released Fuerteventura Airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator. The sunny Canary Island sees just 16 days a year of rain with temperatures averaging a warm 20°C to 27°C. As such, it’s a hugely popular destination for many people across Europe. That results in lots of airlines visiting on a daily basis all throughout the year.
This is a brand new version of the scenery since the original one for Prepar3D/FSX and comes with new technology and features to match the modern engine. This includes accurate runway elevation profiles, quality mesh and also interior modelling. The airport includes an up-to-date layout (from 2021) and is compatible with various AI packages. Whilst the team has achieved a “stunning level of detail,” they have also managed to keep great performance and frame rates high.
