Scenery developer MK-Studios previews Dublin Intl Airport (EIDW), for Microsoft Flight Simulator.
Dublin airport is the busiest airport in Ireland with nearly 32.9 million passengers passed through the airport in 2019. Many airlines call Dublin home, Aer Lingus and Ryanair are seen at the airport as regulars. In addition, the airport is considered to be the 12th busiest airport in Europe with long-haul flights to worldwide destinations such as the Americas, Middle-East, and East Asia.
Over on their Facebook page, the developer teases the community with previews of the airport. So far no release date is published, but we can see some good progress from the provided images along with a note stating beta testing is near.
MK-Studios is very collaborative with their fans. They show good communication on comments posted on their Facebook page.
Within the provided images, we can clearly see that runway 16-34 is closed. So far, the airport seems to be up to date with its current state. A nice shot of the terminal building shows a great PBR effect as well as rain reflection on the ground.
