MK-Studios Preview New Effects for Lisbon (LPPT)

As MK-Studios edge closer to the release of Lisbon (LPPT), they’re showing off some of the new features the community can expect. The first main feature to come from their Facebook post was talking about how precipitation will effect the look of the ground textures. With the improvements in technology, rain will now build up on the ground making surfaces more reflective.

Another element of the airport MK-Studios were keen to show off is how different lights are used around the airport. For example, they have simulated how holding lights will change when you approach the runway. Furthermore, the edge lights in Lisbon airport aren’t powered, but instead reflective off of aircraft lights.

These are just some of the small details the team went into. I’m sure as we creep closer to release, we’ll see further features shown off. Don’t forget you can check back on some of our exclsuive previews from the past.
