Aircraft developer Milviz has shared some brand new footage of the Cessna 310 in Microsoft Flight Simulator. The short 4-minute video takes us on a short flight highlighting some basic flying.

This new teaser video takes us through some of the most basic of flight operations in what has been described as an “extraordinary” aircraft. There’s no commentary as this is just raw footage taken directly from the simulator and then uploaded to YouTube for your viewing pleasure.

However, in the video (above), we get to see the plane in action with moving dials, responsive controls and a first look at the soundscape included with the plane. It’s worth noting that everything seen is a work-in-progress.

Although it’s not Cessna’s most popular aircraft, the twin-engine monoplane still saw a considerable amount of the type built between 1954 and 1980. The aircraft can carry 4-6 passengers up to nearly 1000nm at a maximum cruise speed of 190knots. The impressive capabilities of the Cessna 310 made it a very popular choice for both commercial and military operators.

Milviz did not share any indication of a release date for their Cessna 310, but the plane appears to be coming along nicely.
