Milviz Releases PC-6 Porter for FSX: Steam Edition

Milviz has released the PC-6 Porter for FSX: Steam Edition. Despite saying that they would no longer be focusing on older simulators, the team has decided to bring over their latest release in Prepar3D V4 to FSX with only minimal changes between versions.

The Milviz PC-6 Porter for FSX: Steam Edition will leave pretty much everything will be intact from the original Prepar3D V4 version. The only features not carried over are those that wouldn’t be able to be ported over such as PBR effects and TrueGlass. The team also said that the model will also feature lower resolutions simply to not bust-through the 32-bit memory limitations of FSX: Steam Edition.

Otherwise, it’s the same PC-6 Porter as found in Prepar3D V4. That version featured realistic start-ups and flight dynamics, along with the KAP 140 Autopilot, custom sound effects and more.
