Developer Miltech Simulations has shared its Mirage 2000 launch details, including anticipated release dates and pricing. The product is officially known as the Miltech Simulations M2K-C and is due to be released on January 24th 2025. It will initially be through their own store for the PC versions of MSFS 2020 and 2024.
The news comes from their Discord and is accompanied with a number of graphics highlighting any differences in release schedule or weapons functionality. Due to the nature of how Marketplace works, Miltech Simulations had to be clear about what users can expect when it is released.

Come January 24th 2025, customers will be able to buy the M2K-C from their website for $29.99 USD and it will include a full weapon system and will work on MSFS 2020 and MSFS 2024 (for PC). Additionally, you will also be able to purchase the Cambrai-Epinoi v2 airbase (France) for $12.99 standalone / $8.99 bundled. The plan is to also release the Leh Airbase (India) on the same day for the same price, but that is currently tentative.
As for the release in Marketplace, the team hope to see the release of the airbases and the aircraft in February 2025. It will come with limited weapons system (details below), and then at some point in the future for the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 Marketplace.
Weapon Systems
The weapon systems for the aircraft will vary depending on where you buy the plane, due to how Microsoft accepts products into their ecosystem. The chart below gives you the best indication of what to expect. In short, expect cosmetic weapons only on the MS Marketplace release (PC and Xbox), with a lot more functionality in place when purchased directly from Miltech and other 3rd party vendors. The chart below gives you all you need to know.
