Miltech Simulations has released its highly anticipated MH-60 for Microsoft Flight Simulator, delivering a comprehensive multi-role helicopter package that includes the MH-60R, MH-60S, and MH-60T variants. The package comes with a wide range of mission capabilities, immersive sound design, and extensive system modelling across both MSFS 2020 and 2024 platforms.
Each variant includes distinct mission equipment, with features such as dipping sonar, torpedoes, Hellfire missiles, sling load operations, rescue hoists, and firefighting gear. The helicopter also supports advanced avionics, including TACAN, ADF, full MFD interaction, and multiple autopilot modes designed for rotorcraft operation. A total of 39 liveries are included, representing various real-world operators across military and rescue services.

The cockpit has been modelled with close reference to real-world MH-60 operations, including custom displays, radar, FLIR camera, and crew coordination features. Sounds for the aircraft have been produced by Echo19, based on real recordings of the T700 engines used in the MH-60 family.
Mission Hub Add-On
Accompanying the MH-60 is Miltech’s new Mission Hub add-on, available separately or in a discounted bundle. Mission Hub introduces over 20 scenario types, including search and rescue, anti-submarine warfare, cargo transport, and firefighting. Missions are supported by custom-built scenery at key locations such as CGAS San Diego, CGAS Kodiak, Garden Island (Australia), and Peñón de Vélez de la Gomera (Spain). A dynamic AI system introduces naval vessels, rescue targets, and objective triggers that enhance mission realism. Users can also create their own missions using a built-in trigger and logic editor.

Advisory
Miltech advises users to avoid the current Sim Update 3 beta, citing compatibility issues. Full support is confirmed for SU2 and the current stable builds of both MSFS versions.
Where to Buy
The MH-60 is available now for $37.99 USD, with Mission Hub priced at $15.99 USD, or at a discounted rate when purchased together. The add-on is available via the iniBuilds, Miltech Simulations, and Blackbird Simulations stores, with Marketplace release expected at a later date.
