Microsoft has released the next aircraft in their Local Legend line-up. Following on the Curtiss C-46 Commando, released just over three weeks ago, are the Westland Scout and Westland Wasp.
The Westland Scout and Wasp are two helicopters that stem from the same helicopter base, the Saunders-Roe Limited (Sara) P.531. After Westland took over Saunders Roe, the P.531 served as the base for both helicopters. The Westland Scout was developed into a land-based military utility helicopter while the Westland Wasp was developed into a sea-based multi-role helicopter.
The Westland Scout and Wasp are available in one package for Microsoft Flight Simulator, and are perfect aircraft to explore the latest World Update 17: UK & Ireland. The aircraft package can be purchased for $14.99 through the MSFS Marketplace.
