Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 will be shown off in a large way at this year’s Gamescom. Not only will the Flight Simulator team be present at the show, but we will also see the launch of a new city update, aircraft, and possibly even some additional surprises.
What Will Be Revealed During Gamescom 2025?
We know for certain that both City Update 12 and Local Legend 21 will be revealed during Gamescom 2025. Not only that, but both are due to release on August 20th 2025 – the day after Opening Night Live and the first main day of Gamescom 2025.
What the new DLC will be is unknown at this stage, but we’ll be sure to let you know once we learn of it.
Presence At the Show
Further to revealing the new city update and aircraft, the team will be present at the show at the Microsoft booth. Found in Hall 7, the Microsoft booth will feature a dedicated area for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, including booths set up for challenges and fun.
Not only that, but Xbox has Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 as one of the key titles as part of its Gamescom broadcast, happening on August 20th.
