Recently, the Malaysian Flight Simulator Group, or MFSG, has released their first project: WBGG Kuching Airport, in Sarawak, Malaysia.
Available as two separate purchases – one for FS9/FSX and one for P3Dv3 and v4 – the scenery looks very promising, and marks the first payware airport scenery for Malaysia available for Prepar3D.
The airport is located in the southwestern part of Malaysia, 11 kilometers south of the city center of Kuching. It’s also the home of RMAF (Royal Malaysian Air Force) Kuching Airbase. Additionally, it’s capable of handling aircraft including the 747-400 and A380-800, and it’s the 4th largest airport in Malaysia.
The feature list includes the following:
- Highly detailed airport, and photoscenery in surrounding terrain; photoscenery is also included in the airport area.
- SRTM, or terrain mesh, for the area
- Compatible with FTX Global Vector
- Offers a version both with and without Dynamic Lighting for P3Dv4
- FS9 version compatible with default and add-on scenery
You can pick it up now from Simmarket for 12 Euros, for either the FSX/FS9 edition or P3Dv3/v4 edition.
