Mettar Simulations – the company behind SimTweak’s PTA, projectFLY and the in-development A380 are looking for a full time developer to join their team. For those unfamiliar with Mettar Simulations, it is a company set up and run by Matt Davies; and for those that don’t know Matt, simply search YouTube, Twitch or Facebook and you’ll find your answer pretty quickly. This job position at Mettar Simulations looks to be a great position for experienced developers.
Mettar Simulations is looking to hire a full time UX/UI personnel who will work with Matt himself as well as the team at Mettar Simulations. Matt is calling for anyone that is ‘gifted and experienced’ when it comes to all things graphics. If you, by any chance know someone who has this trait and is looking for work make sure to make them aware of this great opportunity. If successful in getting the job you will be working on various Mettar Simulations projects including projectFLY, SimStall and of course, the A380.
There is a specific list of requirements attached to the post (some of which are essential, others which would be appreciated):
Essential:
– This is a paid position – you must 18+
– This is a remote position, however you will be required to attend weekly meetings and be available during normal working hours to communicate with the rest of the team
– Communication is key and you must be exceptional at it
– Experienced with creating the best UX and the methods surrounding it
– Experienced with creating the best UI
– Experience with Responsive Design
Would be awesome (like, REALLY awesome) if you had:
– Experience with creating animations
– Experience with creating marketing media
– Experience with creating digital artwork
– Experience with GitHub (GIT)
– Experience with Adobe Design Products (XD, PS, AI, etc)
– Experience with creating prototypes using HTML/CSS/JS
Pay for this position will vary upon experience and skill shown.
