Meridian GMT Shares Short Progress Video ahead of Big Reveal Later this Month

MeridianGMT provides a small tease of the future plans they have coming by the end of the year.

Meridian GMT has been quiet since FlightSimExpo, but that period of silence is now over with the team releasing a short teaser video online today. The new video gives us a glimpse at a range of new technology powering their upcoming yoke and throttle pieces of hardware.

One particular technology is Quantum Leap sensor. Meridian GMT has opted to go for this advanced technology as it enables them to go further than Hall Effect sensors can go. This will allow both the yoke and throttle to be used with precision, eliminating dead zones and centre detents. Paired with adjustable friction and precision bearings, it provides a weighted, realistic feel that better reflects real-world cockpit power controls across all aircraft types.

We don’t have any further details to share at this time, but on December 30th 2025, we will have a more in-depth look at the upcoming range of products that will feature this range of technology.

Nicki from Meridian GMT will be online for a few hours after publication of this post to answer any questions. You should direct them to their Facebook page, where they will be able to easily answer questions.
