Developer Maps2XPlane has published high definition screenshots of their upcoming Seychelles project. The scenery will cover the entire Seychelles archipelago. It will feature and custom photorealistic terrain mesh, dense tropical vegetation and specific autogen. It will also include detailed renditions of aeronautical platforms such as Seychelles International Airport – FSIA and the numerous landing strips scattered around. No release time frame has yet been disclosed.
Maps2Xplane has released both freeware and payware sceneries. Their latest work include Svalbard and Faroe Islands as payware, and a very nice rendition of Antartica as freeware. Considering the amount of work involved into such a project, it is fair to assume the scenery will be payware.
The Seychelles are an archipelago of 115 islands located in the Indian Ocean. Mahé, the biggest island, hosts Victoria, the capital city and FSIA airport, the main international gateway to the Seychelles. It is located 550 Nm north east of Madagascar. The islands are known for their heavenly beaches and sea resorts, that you can already enjoy through the screenshots the developer has shared with the community.
