Maps2XPlane has released a large update for their latest scenery package Faroes4XPlane for X-Plane 11.
Since our preview just under a week ago, Maps2XPlane has been busy in order to release this update for X-Plane users to start exploring the Faroe Islands this weekend. The main objectives for this update are improvements and additions to vegetation, autogen, landmarks, harbours and marine traffic.
Included within this update are improvements to the look of larger urban towns by adding commercial and industrial buildings along with apartment blocks.
More generic objects such as gas stations, football pitches, bus stops and car parks are also added to achieve greater density. Dynamic marine traffic such as cargo vessels, cruise ships and fishing trawlers are a welcome addition around the island to increase immersion.
The piers and harbours have been shown some love with the inclusion of cranes, containers and ships.
The full changelog can be found below.
If you don’t already own this product you can grab a copy right now at X-Plane.org for $45.99
