The Majestic Dash 8 Q400 has ‘TRAINING’ Edition has been in development for a long time, but the team are finally ready to confirm that a release is happening very soon.
Over on their forums, the Majestic Software has confirmed that the ‘TRAINING’ Edition of the MJC8 Q400 is entering the final beta testing stages and has an estimated release date. According to the developers, they are aiming to release the new product at the end of November – providing no major snags get in the way. In terms of pricing, Majestic said that those who own the PRO Edition of the Q400 will get a special discount from the original place of purchase.
In addition, Majestic also detailed plans to release an update for the Virtual Cockpit on the Prepar3D platform, which includes a significant redesign of the whole area. Changes will include 3D objects in the cockpit, structural elements and also instrument texts and display resolution. The Virtual Cockpit update will be released free of charge to owners of the Visual Extension Package, and those who own the ‘TRAINING’ Edition of the Q400.
