FSElite recently received a tip from a guy named Neil telling us that Mad Flight has released multiple preview shots of their new SP-30 on X-Plane.org.
The developer advised that all of the 3D modelling and systems programming is completed, and that he is working on fixing bugs at this point. He also plans to write a manual, first in Russian, and then translating it to English.
Additionally, the plane will be able to be used in full VR from cold & dark through to the other end of the flight. All elements of the airplane are in 3D and available in VR.
The SP-30 is a Russian version of the Zenith STOL CH 701. It’s a 2-seater ultralight with a single engine and propeller.
No word on a release date yet, but we’ll keep you posted with new information.
