Following on from our previous article on the 7th May about the upcoming Beirut-Rafic Hariri International airport for X-Plane 11, Lebor Simulations has taken to Facebook to reveal their official V1 screenshots signalling a release is very close.
Closed beta testing is still ongoing but Lebor Simulations are keen to publish the official manual via their Facebook page to familiarise customers with the scenery specification and installation before the official release. The release of the manual is scheduled for next week but is subject to change.
From these impressive new screenshots, we can see the high level of detail within the surrounding city both in the daytime and with night time textures. All major city landmarks and buildings are accurately modelled along with the port of Beirut.
The airport itself promises to be an accurate representation of Beirut’s International airport and with the city included in the package, customers will be purchasing a lot of scenery for their money. This will be a popular choice for simmers who will be looking to expand their library of Middle Eastern sceneries.
As we are already aware, this new scenery package will be released via the X-Plane.org store but a price and official release date are still unknown.
