LatinVFR Update on Baltimore-Washington Release

LatinVFR’s next airport release is slated to be Baltimore-Washington International Airport (KBWI). According to a post on their forum, Ricardo confirmed that the team expects to release the scenery sometime this month as it’s on its final stages of development.

LatinVFR already released a number of high-detail sceneries covering large international airports and military airbases in the United States as well as Chile, Spain, and Puerto Rico. In addition, LatinVFR offers several add-ons that enhance the simulation environment by replacing existing default assets with assets that are more realistic and appropriate for the location. Recently, they made their entry into the aircraft add-on market with an Airbus A321neo.

LatinVFR’s release of Baltimore-Washington International Airport is an exciting addition to the lineup, especially for simmers flying in the U.S., due to the airport’s proximity to not only Baltimore, Maryland but Washington, D.C. – the United States’ capital. Additionally, many travelers choose BWI since it’s close to a number of states such as Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Virginia.
