A new version of TerraBuilder’s Kilimanjaro Aerial scenery is now available to download. The new version renders Africa’s tallest mountain and its nearby sister mountain Mawenzi Peak, and its surroundings.
As mentioned, the new version includes Mawenzi Peak, meaning that an additional 90 square kilometers of area have been added to this product, bringing the total coverage to over 260 square KM. 3D rock structures are now also precisely positioned and aligned to faithfully depict the rugged volcanic terrain. There is also Mawenzi Tarn Camp with authentic-looking structures.
This is in addition to what existed before. This included colour and shadow-corrected high-resolution aerial orthophoto coverage for the area, 3D structures and vegetation, and a detailed mesh that integrates with the default scenery.
