JustSim only released Heraklion on Prepar3D a few days ago, but they’re nearing the release of the Greek airport for X-Plane 11 in the next few days. To celebrate the milestone, JustSim shared a handful of new previews of the product via their Facebook account.
Like other JustSim releases on X-Plane, we expect it to feature a range of features such as PBR materials, high-definition ground polys, numerous custom buildings and autogen throughout the airport. We will let you know the official feature list once the product releases in “1 – 2 days.”
It may be worth noting that FSDG will also be releasing Heraklion Airport on X-Plane 11 very soon. When we reported the news, FSDG (Flight Sim Development Group) informed us it would be “any day now.” We’ll continue to monitor both developers to see who gets there first.
