Scenery developer JustSim has released Riga Airport (EVRA) for Microsoft Flight Simulator. The newly released airport is situated in the capital of Latvia and is the largest airport in the Baltic states. As such, it serves as the primary hub for airBaltic and the airport serves over 90 airports across 30 different countries.
The airport itself features a single runway which measures in at 3,200m (10,500ft) and can cater aircraft of various sizes. Further to a growing demand for passenger traffic, there are also some cargo facilities at the airport, meaning simmers can try their hand at simulating various routes to and from the airport.
JustSim has failed to provide any form of feature list so knowing what’s included with the airport isn’t possible to know without assuming from the provided screenshots. What we can see does seem to depict use of custom 3D models, high-resolution ground textures and various airport clutter.
You can buy JustSim’s Riga Airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator now from simMarket for 18.80. Discount for owners of the Prepar3D or X-Plane 11 edition can also claim a discount through simMarket automaically if they are signed into the same account.
