JustSim has released Bodrum Airport (LTFE) for both X-Plane 11 and Prepar3D v5.
Bodrum Airport is south of the city of the same name in Turkey and is a popular leisure market airport. In particular, the airport gets very busy during the Summer months in Europe as people head to the area for warm weather and general relaxation. Airlines that frequent the airport include TUI, Corendon Airlines, SunExpress, Jet2 and many others.
The airport in both simulators has been recreated with detailed airport objects, custom taxiway markings and hand-placed autogen throughout. In addition, there is shading effects, high-resolution texturing and realistic-looking reflections on the glass. For X-Plane 11 users, there is compatibility with World Traffic and X-Life, alongside a custom patch for Ortho4XP to include real runway curvatures. On Prepar3D, the airport is compatible with Orbx products and also SODE’s VDGS pack.
These are two different purchases and are not included together. The Prepar3D version is available from SIMMARKET for €16.50 and you will be able to upgrade from the Microsoft Flight Simulator version for €8.00. If you’re keen to buy the X-Plane 11 version, you can do so from SIMMARKET for €16.00. Again, you can upgrade if you own the Microsoft Flight Simulator version for €7.00.
