After the recent collaboration between scenery developers Just Sim and Digital Design on Brussels, the team have paired up yet again to bring Tenerife South to X-Plane 11. Originally developed by Digital Design for Prepar3D, the team at JustSim has converted over to Laminar Research’s simulator.
Although there’s no feature list present in the announcement, we can assume from the screenshots that a lot of the features from the Prepar3D version will be making the jump. For example, highly detailed terminal modelling, high definition textures throughout, a range of aerial imagery surrounding the airport and more. Of course, we imagine some X-Plane only features will also be present.
Release of Tenerife for X-Plane by JustSim/Digital Design looks to be right around the corner as developer Andrei has confirmed that the “files have already been sent to the assembly line”. We’ll let you know when it’s released and with which features. We loved it for Prepar3D, so hopefully the conversion will be equally as good.
