Just Flight Releases Hawk T1/A Advanced Trainer for MSFS

Just Flight has released its long-awaited Hawk T1/A Advanced Trainer for Microsoft Flight Simulator. This is an accurately modelled rendition of the iconic aircraft that has been built using extensive hands-on experience with the aircraft and has been fully realised in Microsoft Flight Simulator. Developed from the ground-up, this is an ambitious project that goes beyond anything Just Flight has previously released. With plenty of little features packed into the tiny aircraft.

The British Aerospace (BAe) Hawk T1 is a 2-seat jet trainer from the United Kingdom which is in service with countries friendly with England all across the globe, including India, Indonesia and Saudi Arabia. First built in 1974, the Hawk T1 has not only been used for training but also in live combat, with an array of rockets, missiles, gun pods and bombs capable of being fitted to the aircraft. In addition to these roles, the BAe Hawk T1 is perhaps most notably the aircraft used by the RAF Red Arrows aerobatic display team.

The modelling itself has a huge number of features – both big and small. The Hawk T1 and the Hawk T1A has been designed to include quality modelling with 8K texturing that provides an impressive level of quality. As well as that, there are numerous animated and movable objects within the cockpit, including a fully 3D cockpit. The cockpit has been created to show signs of wear and tear, whilst the modern avionics and onboard EFB helps newcomers get to grips with the plane. Various aircraft states also mean you can choose to start from a cold aircraft, or jump right in and fly.

As usual with Just Flight aircraft as of late, the plane comes with a range of custom-made systems. From the in-depth electrical system and hydraulic system to the realistic engine parameters and flight dynamics. The aircraft has been designed in conjunction with real-world pilots to validate the aircraft Just Flight has created. In addition to the visuals, Just Flight has included hundreds of sounds to help immerse you into the aircraft. Finally, there are 14 liveries available and come pre-installed meaning you can fly the likes of the Red Arrows in formation with friends online.

Just Flight’s Hawk T1/A Advanced Trainer for Microsoft Flight Simulator is now available through their store for £32.99.
