Just Flight has shared on Facebook a preview of a new lighting plug-in developed in-house. The plug-in aims at taking advantage of the latest P3D technology in order to provide a more immersive and realistic lighting within cockpits of their aircraft. In addition to the regular cockpit lighting which will of course vary on each aircraft, the tool features a small flashlight that helps a lot when starting cold and dark cockpit at night. The flashlight will also be usable to do virtual walkarounds of aircraft.
The new plug-in was also featured in a video published on the Just Flight Facebook page.
This new plug-in was showcased through the WIP Just Flight BAe 146 Professional, it is fair to assume the tool will be used in other future add-ons. As a reminder, in addition to their BAe 146 for X-Plane and P3D, Just Flight is working on several projects of importance at the same time, with a Boeing 747 Classic, an Airbus A300B4 and a Fokker 28, among others.
