Over on Facebook, Just Flight has announced that Lanzarote’s Arrecife Airport (GCRR) will be made available for Microsoft Flight Simulator very soojn.
On the social media post, the team shared a bunch of screenshots of the product in action. We can see the main terminal building, various objects in and around the area, and also custom jetways. There’s plenty of clutter in the airport based on the screenshots as well to add a sense of life.

Upon further investigation, the airport is being developed by FSDeveloper user marijnjc who also created Santa Paula Airport (KSZP) and San Luis Obispo County Regional Airport (KSBP).
Arrecife Airport sits on the island of Lanzarote within the Canary Islands. Located a few hours away from mainland Europe, the island serves as a popular spot all year-round thanks to its climate and number of sunny days. The airport has a large apron providing ample room for a number of aircraft at any time.
No solid release date was shared by Just Flight, but expect it this week. When it does release, it will cost £13.49. We’ll keep you posted when it’s made available.
