In a short Twitter post with just 4 pictures, Just Flight has hinted they were working on a full glass cockpit version of their successful PA-28 series.
The upcoming aircraft will be equipped with a Garmin G1000 PFD and MFD and an Aspen Avionics Evolution PFD. No specific platform was disclosed, however the screenshots look like they were taken in X-Plane 11. One of the shots show the use of Garmin Synthetic Vision, although displaying the default X-Plane terrain rather than the more “Flight Simulator 5.0” style of the current real Garmin Synthetic Vision. It is not known if the showcased G1000 is developed in-house, but we suspect this is the case.
The Piper Archer TX and LX are iterations of the venerable Piper Cherokee. The LX is designed for cross country flights while the TX is more training oriented. Both use the same Garmin G1000 avionics with an upgraded more comfortable interior.
Just Flight has released an extended series of PA-28 aircraft, which accounts about 28 real world variants. More than 33.000 PA-28 have been produced for almost 6 decades.
While the product page is not online yet, pilots can browse through current Just Flight products at their website. Stay tuned on FSElite for further news on this matter.
