Before the A220 and Embraer E-Jets dominated the sub-100 seat skies, there was the Fokker F70 and F100. While the hype from Flight Sim Expo might be cooling down, the virtual tarmac is only heating up with new announcements from Just Flight.
On the 15th of June, 2026, Just Flight previewed liveries coming to the Fokker F70/F100 Professional on day one. New for the Fokker series, the developer announced a dedicated separate livery manager giving pilots more flexibility to download their choice of paint schemes in 4k or 8k resolution for both Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. This will also allow Just Flight to push faster livery updates and upgrades to pilots as they become available.
2026 has been the year of immersive soundscapes for Microsoft Flight Simulator aircraft, and Just Flight’s Fokkers continue the trend. On the 17th of June, 2026, Just Flight published a 38 minute long video dedicated solely to previewing the depth of the Fokker F70/F100 Professional’s sounds, which you can watch above.
According to the developer, the Fokkers’ soundscape consists of hundreds of individual recordings from sound recording sessions on the real aircraft in an effort to provide pilots with the sense that they are present inside the real plane.
Finally, on the 18th of June, 2026, Just Flight shared a Facebook post announcing the full product page for the F70/F100 Professional went live.

From the product page, the developer aims to deliver a “complex, high-fidelity simulation” of the Fokker F70/F100 regional jets, built upon half a decade of development work, bolstered by an incredible amount of reference materials and hands-on experience, and refined by a testing team comprised of real-world F70/F100 pilots and engineers.
The product features complex custom-coded systems based on real-world FCOMs, including electrical, hydraulic, fuel and pressurization systems, plus a comprehensive navigation suite featuring Automatic Flight Control and Augmentation System (AFCAS), Automatic Thrust System (ATS), independent Flight Management Computers (FMCs), dual Inertial Navigation Systems (IRSs), Electronic Flight Instrument System (EFIS), and Multifunction Display Units (MFDUs).
Four variants of the F100 are featured, each with unique door configurations, cabin layouts, and flight models. Only one variant of the F70 is included, since it was the only configuration actually flown by real-world operators. Both aircraft feature a large selection of high-quality liveries, each with custom cabin textures and accurate equipment configurations.
Pilots can expect to see wear and tear based on extensive reference photos, immersive dynamic cockpit and exterior lighting, a 3D Wwise sound set recorded from the real aircraft, and accurate flight dynamics for each variant.
