FlightSimExpo 2026 is just around the corner, and FSElite is preparing for one of our biggest event productions yet.
Throughout the weekend, our team will be delivering live coverage, developer interviews, hands-on previews, social content, written articles, and behind-the-scenes reporting directly from the show floor in Minneapolis–Saint Paul.
To help make that happen, we’re looking for a small team of US-based volunteers to join us on-site and become part of the FSElite crew for the weekend.
We are specifically looking for volunteers available from Friday afternoon through to the end of the show on Sunday. If you can spare just a few hours of your time over the weekend to help us deliver some awesome content, we want to hear from you!
What Would You Be Doing?
You’ll be supporting the FSElite team across a variety of event tasks, including:
- Assisting with written content delivery
- Supporting video interviews and production
- Helping coordinate logistics and acting as runners when needed
- Assisting the wider team with on-floor operations
No professional experience is required, just enthusiasm, reliability, and a passion for flight simulation and community events.
What Do You Get?
All volunteers will receive:
- Free weekend access to FlightSimExpo 2026 through FSElite – even if you have purchased your ticket already!
- An official FSElite T-shirt
- Invitation to join us for pizza night and our Saturday social
Why Join Us?
Being part of the FSElite team gives you the chance to experience FlightSimExpo from a completely different perspective.
You’ll work alongside creators, developers, media teams, and community members while helping deliver coverage seen by thousands of simmers around the world.
It’s fast-paced, exciting, occasionally chaotic, but always a huge amount of fun.
