FSWeekend is just over a month away, and it’s shaping up to be an amazing event. Thousands of you will head to Lelystad’s Avirdrome Museum for a weekend full of big reveals, hands-on with new products, and the chance to meet your favourite developers.
Part of our presence will see us provide you with hours and hours of amazing content and coverage direct from the show floor. As always, we will be interviewing developers, going hands-on with the latest hardware, and interacting with all of our community members.
All of this is done by our hardworking team. But we are looking for a few other volunteers to join us and be part of our on-site team at FSWeekend.
Being Part of the Team
It’s not all about content creation; our team also works behind the scenes to make sure things like our FSElite Stage run smoothly or having people communicate across the show floor making sure people are organised and in places they need to be.
We work hard, and we play hard. A motto I firmly feel speaks volumes about the graft. Being involved as media at these shows is a lot of fun, but also has great responsibilities too. I think the video below from FlightSimExpo 2025 sums up everything you’d need to know about who we are and how we work.
You could be a part of this success and see yourself connected and involved with our team in a fantastic and fun way.
What’s In It For You
You’ll be instantly welcomed to our team. We have people from all corners of the world, each with their own skill, personality, and creative mind. We seek the best of the best and you’ll be able to tap into a team full of amazing experiences.
During the weekend, we will provide you with free tickets to the whole weekend, all the social events, free swap, and more.
We have other surprise and delight items waiting for you too, including free hardware and software vouchers from our partners.
You will also get the chance to network during the Captain’s Dinner, be part of our team meals, and enjoy free drinks during the After Hours party on Saturday night.
What Do We Need?
We are looking for people who are either already or planning to go to FSWeekend next month. We are then asking for our team of volunteers to spend 4 hours across the weekend supporting us either at the FSElite Stage or with our content producers making incredible things.
You will also be part of various pre-show meetings to get to know the team members and understand your roles and responsibilities better.
Sounds Good! How Can I Apply?
All you need to do is complete the form below. We need just some basic information from you so we can understand what you’d bring to the table and how we can best support you.
If you have questions, leave a comment below and we can get back to you.
