Former Honeycomb Aeronautical Founder, Nicki Repenning, has announced the launch of his new company, Meridian GMT. The announcement marks a departure from his previous venture and aims to introduce a fresh approach to the flight simulation hardware market.
Meridian GMT, backed by a major engineering and manufacturing firm in the gaming industry, has plans for an ambitious roadmap. The company aims to establish itself as a key player in the flight simulator hardware sector, building on Nicki Repenning’s previous experience at Honeycomb Aeronautical.
“Meridian GMT is more than just a brand; it’s a commitment to the flight simulation community,” Nicki stated. “Our mission is to deliver hardware that not only exceeds the expectations of the community but also makes products for the casual flight simmer, embarking on their first solo flight, and bring immersion and fun to their experience too.”
The first products from Meridian GMT will be revealed during a presentation at FSWeekend, held at the Aviodrome museum in Lelystad. Nicki Repenning will present the line-up during a live session on Sunday, March 16, 2025, at 15:00 CET.
