A brand new scenery developer has appeared on the scene named Macco Simulations. This new team has also released their first add-on for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Situated in the North of England, Manchester Airport (EGCC) is one of the busiest in the country serving domestic and international carriers to locations around the world. Airlines such as easyJet, Virgin and TUI frequent the airport taking passengers to destinations across Europe and the US.
The product itself is currently in “early access” as the developers continue building and adding features to the airport product. As of right now, version 0.5.3 features PBR texturing, custom models (made for Microsoft Flight Simulator) and also custom ground textures. Furthermore, the team has spent considerable amounts of time reviewing footage and charts to create accurate night lighting, taxiway signage and also ensuring that the ILS works as published. Custom jetways and runway warning lights are also included.
Early access adopters will be able to get the airport for £7.99, whilst updates will continue to remain free as progress is made. Once the product is deemed complete, the price will raise to £9.99.

In addition to having the product available, the team regularly updates customers with updates and you can track their progress through their dev update page. Their most recent development post highlighted some of the new features being added such as the Jet2 hangar, interior modelling and updated ground markings.
