Update: We have updated the article to reflect that the passenger variant will release after the update, and not part of the update.
Last month, iniSimulations released its first X-Plane 11 add-on to the community. Since then, the A300-600R(F) has seen three minor updates which provided increased stability and multiple bug-fixes. Today, however, Ubaid from the team took to the iniBuilds forums to announce that the next update will be fairly significant and also bring with it the long-awaited passenger variant.
The new upcoming update, version 1.04 will consist of a changelog that features 200 changes, fixes and implementations based on community feedback and bug reports. The changelog has yet to be fully documented, but Ubaid said that minor bug fixes to enhanced sound will come packed with the update for the X-Plane 11 aircraft. After the release of the update, the team will focus on releasing the passenger version of the plane. The passenger variant will also be released free of charge to customers of the A300-600R(F) ON THE LINE from iniSimulations. The passenger model will feature a range of features specific to that edition along with numerous liveries to download for your aircraft from the iniBuilds Painting team.
As for the future, Ubaid said that there are still updates to come for the product. Active Sky XP integration is high on the list, along with continuing to fix bugs based on feedback from the community.
Whilst the A300 may be the first aircraft product from the team, iniSimulations continue to produce the long-awaited A380, as well as a few other undisclosed projects.
We’ll keep you updated, but for now, you can find out more information on the A300-600R(F) from iniSimulations here. You can also pick up a copy from the iniBuilds store for £69.99 (plus VAT).
