In a social media post shared today, iniBuilds shared three work-in-progress screenshots of their upcoming Airbus A380 Airliner for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 alongside a short but impactful message:
“In 2019, we announced our first, most ambitious project ever. This month, we finally pull back the curtain. Four Engines. Two Decks. A Global Icon.”

Earlier this year, in March, iniBuilds shared some information on their Airbus A380 Airliner, mentioning that development has been built on lessons learned from previous widebody releases like the A340, A350, and the TriStar. The A380 is targeting a high level of system depth and performance from the outset.

The Airbus A380 has long been considered one of iniBuild’s most ambitious undertakings, with development spanning several years behind the scenes.

iniBuilds states that the curtain will finally be pulled back this month, indicating that a full reveal is imminent, possibly around FlightSimExpo 2026. The full reveal could include a release date, feature list, and pricing details; however, for now, we will have to wait and see.
