inibuilds has just released Johannesburg O.R. Tambo International Airport (FOAR) for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, but is preparing the community for its next release.
Over on Facebook, the team teased a single image (above) for their next airport. The image depicts the arrival zone for a European airport (notice the term Schengen used) with English and Austrian text on it. Many comments seem to think this will be Innsbruck Airport (LOWI).
We did a bit of sleuthing ourselves on Google Maps and found an image backing up the comment section on their social feeds. You can see through through the set of steps the arrival zone with the same colours and layout. Next to it is the stairs to the terminal building as well, giving it a nearly identical representation.
Once we get confirmation from iniBuilds that this is indeed Innsbruck, we will let you know. Given iniBuilds’ most recent statement surrounding Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 content, we expect this to come to both MSFS 2020 and MSFS 2024.
