Back in March, iniBuilds shared the news that they were developing their own rendition of Gatwick Airport (EGKK) for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. Today, they have shared further information and previews on the upcoming London airport.
When we last heard from iniBuilds about the project, they were seeking anyone who worked at the airport to help them with details to use to get the product looking right. Whilst we don’t have any release details yet, the team said that they are working with Gatwick staff to get reference pictures for the product.

iniBuilds has confirmed that it’s moving into the “final stages” of the development cycle and will see plenty of testing before it’s released.
The international airport to the south of London is home to a number of airlines, including easyJet, TUI and British Airways Euroflyer. Despite having two runways, only the longer runway 08R/26L is designated a fully operational runway, with the other predominantly being used as a taxiway.
For now, enjoy the previews, and we’ll be sure to give you the heads up if any new information does drop.
