iniBuilds took the time during its Winter Wonderland update to re-introduce the Spartan 7W Executive for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. The plane was originally announced in March 2023 but was put on hold for a while. The success of the T-33 reignited the team to continue development on the 7W.
The Spartan 7W Executive is a historic American aircraft that was designed and manufactured by the Spartan Aircraft Company in the 1930s, it features a sleek, streamlined design with retractable landing gear and a powerful Pratt & Whitney Wasp radial engine. The Spartan 7W Executive was used primarily for private transportation by wealthy individuals and business executives. Its interior was designed with comfort and luxury in mind, featuring plush seating and folding-down tables.
Jim Savage has provided the iniBuilds team with insight into the aircraft to provide the most realistic rendition of the plane possible. As an owner and operator of the aircraft itself, Jim has been able to provide first-hand experience to ensure it flies as expected in the simulator.
Expect multiple cockpit variants, modern cabins and an on-board EFB with the plane for multiple customisation options.
iniBuilds expects to release the Spartan 7W Executive Aircraft for both MSFS 2020 and MSFS 2024 early in 2025.
