iniBuilds Announces Zakynthos Airport for MSFS

iniBuilds has announced Zakynthos, bringing the popular Greek island destination to life in the sim.

iniBuilds has officially announced the development of Zakynthos International Airport (LGZA) for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Developed by Jakub Lukaszewski in association with iniBuilds, the upcoming scenery aims to recreate one of Greece’s busiest summer holiday destinations in detailed fashion.

Located on the Ionian island of Zakynthos, the airport serves as the main gateway for thousands of tourists visiting the region every year. Known for its turquoise coastline, dramatic cliffs, and famous beaches, the island has become a popular destination for both scheduled and charter traffic from across Europe during the summer season.

According to the announcement, the scenery will feature a handcrafted recreation of the airport and surrounding atmosphere. iniBuilds says attention has been paid to the terminal area, apron layout, and the wider island environment to help capture the feel of real-world operations at LGZA.

The airport is expected to offer a varied experience for simmers, ranging from busy airline operations on seasonal routes through to regional island hopping and general aviation flying around the Ionian coastline.

No release date or pricing details have been announced yet.
