iniBuilds Announces Malta Luqa Airport for MSFS 2024.

iniBuilds has announced its next scenery project for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024: Malta International Airport (LMML).

Serving as Malta’s only commercial airport, Malta Airport plays a vital role in connecting the island with destinations across Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East. Despite its relatively compact size, the airport is known for its busy mix of airline traffic, military heritage, and scenic coastal approaches, making it a popular destination for both real-world and virtual pilots.

The iniBuilds team travelled to Malta before development began to photograph and reference the airport. The scenery will feature a fully modelled terminal and airport buildings, high-resolution PBR textures, custom ground polygons, detailed airside infrastructure, and accurately recreated surroundings designed specifically for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.

Preview screenshots also showcase detailed apron clutter, custom lighting, realistic signage, and the distinctive terminal architecture, with iniBuilds aiming to capture both the operational feel and visual character of the airport.

No firm release date or pricing has been announced, but iniBuilds says Malta International Airport (LMML) is “coming soon” for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. We’ll share more details as they become available.
