Developer iniBuilds released an update for its A340 Airliner for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, bringing the current version to 1.0.6.
The update brings a substantial round of improvements focused on system accuracy, usability, visuals, EFB reliability, and sounds. This version improves navigation and FMGS behavior, resolves edge-case system issues, and introduces offset functionality into the FMGS. New Flight Attendant panel functionality has also been added.
Visual fixes are included for the gear, camera views, and cabin details, while updates to the EFB improve unit handling, performance calculations, and refine the GSX integration.
Improved spatialization, refined callouts, better environmental mixing, and more immersive cockpit interactions are among the most noteworthy improvements to the A340 Airliner’s sound set in this update.
