Immersive Audio Releases R66 Sound Immersion NG For CowanSim R66

Immersive Audio has released its latest sound package for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

The CowanSim R66 has a brand new suite of sound effects thanks to Immersive Audio’s latest package. The R66 Sound Immersion NG is Immersive Audio’s first entry into sound packs for Microsoft Flight Simulator and they chose to bring the R66 helicopter to life.

All of the sounds included are from 96khz, 24bit recordings, meaning they will be of high quality. The sound suite itself covers a range of areas including cockpit sound effects, authentic engine sounds, air conditioning, and also dynamic blade slap sounds. All of the sounds have been validated by real-world R66 pilots. Wind noises, warning alarms, and airframe vibration is also all included with the sound set.

You can watch the video above to give you a good idea on what to expect from the sound package.

You can pick up your copy from SIMMARKET for €9.80 (plus taxes).
