Developer Immersive Audio has updated its Maddog X Cockpit Sound Immersion pack to version 1.1. The new update, which was “delayed quite a bit” is now available and includes a few new sounds to enhance the package even further.
The biggest change with this update is the all-new APU sounds. Having spent a lot of time perfecting the sounds, the APU is now clearly heard from both in the cockpit and in an external view. This adds a new level of immersion to the product from the base pack originally developed by Leonardo Softhouse. In addition to the APU sounds, new spoiler disarm sound effects have been added, along with more realistic pack sounds.
The update is now available for free via the original installer. If you don’t already own Immersive Audio’s Maddog X Cockpit Sound Immersion pack, you can pick it up from simMarket. It’s currently on sale for just €11.12.
