The iFly team has not been shy showing off their upcoming Boeing 737 MAX8 for MSFS. We’ve seen a large range of previews of the last few weeks, ranging from cabin lighting previews to close-ups of the door and galley. This time, the developer is back with some in-flight previews of the cockpit.
The previews put the cockpit on full display, which is probably where most of us simmers will spend their time with the aircraft. We see the familiar Boeing 737 cockpit, with its MAX modifications, such as the larger display units. One of the previews also gives us a look at the heads-up display for the aircraft. Last but not least, the previews show the Boeing EFB. We can see airport charts, as well as some of the security cameras in the aircraft.
The developer also confirmed that they are currently working on the paint kit. It remains yet to be seen if the paint kit will be available before the aircraft releases so livery creators can already adapt their existing liveries or create new ones. When it comes to customisability in the paint kit, it will allow livery creators to change details on the cabin interior, such as seat material, headrest colour and backrest safety card/magazine.
